High-gloss orange, taupe and white floral motif over matte navy glaze. Texture is rough by design, but there is wear present (scuffs, dull spots, and one ‘shiny’ patch from previous price tag residue). Overall, in good, vintage condition with no cracks / breaks. Signed and numbered to the underside.

Amber Blown Crackle Glass Fish Sculpture by Rainbow Glass

Art Deco Matte Yellow and Glossy Blue Ceramic Console Bowl by Cowan Pottery
$275.00Frond-form pedestal console bowl/centerpiece by Cowan Pottery (ca. late 1920s/early 1930s, Ohio, USA).
Cowan was perhaps most recognized for producing the Viktor Schreckengost-designed line of “Jazz Bowls,” originally made for Eleanor Roosevelt who commissioned the designer to create the perfectly elegant punch bowl.
Attractive matte yellow/orange glazed exterior with a glossy peacock blue interior.
Excellent, vintage condition.
Die-impressed Cowan hallmark present, as shown.

Art Deco Mint Green and Gold Leaf Ceramic Bowl by Waylande Gregory
$900.001940s ceramic decorative bowl by Waylande Gregory featuring a highly stylized leaf pattern in mint green with white, black and gold leaf detail. Relatively large compared to more common, small examples:

Very good, vintage condition with some gold leaf fading and loss to the edge (normal rubbing around the rim).

Bernard Langlais Terracotta Lion
$2,600.00Small terracotta lion sculpture by prolific artist, Bernard Langlais. This example is uncommon for Langlais, whose avid exploration of the animal kingdom was largely dominated by his carved-wood sculptures. Although, he worked in all mediums, his ceramic works are less recognized. This striking lion in glazed terracotta boasts hand-painted, red eyes and a coin slot for decorative purposes; there is no way of retrieving the coins. Minor wear / loss to black glaze. Otherwise, in excellent, original condition.
‘BL.’ etched initials to paw (the B is partial).
Originally, from a private Maine collection of Langlais’ work acquired directly from the estate.
