Swedish Teak Table Mirror by Uno and Östen Kristiansson for Luxus

This teak and leather table mirror was designed by Uno and Östen Kristiansson for Luxus. The elegant simplicity of the form is nicely contrasted with the texture and richness of the teak. The interior lining has been replaced with a band of canary yellow leather, which adds a nice color contrast. (The original, brown leather band was dried out from age.) The mirror glass itself shows heavy wear, and the piece is intended for tabletop display in its current condition. Teak has been refinished and is in nice condition.
