The top glass surface is 17″ L x 4″ D and the bottom is 17″ L x 6″ D, so the glass surfaces themselves are somewhat limited to supporting smaller items.

This 1960s example is composed of a teardrop/canoe/double pointed oval-form porcelain dish with attractive abstract design in vibrant blue and green.
Excellent, vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing present (the two small white spots are not losses, they were kiln fired over and are smooth to the touch).
