Set of eight coffee / tea service pieces: six tea / coffee cups, one creamer, and one sugar designed by Ulla Procope for Arabia of Finland in the Anemone pattern (designed in 1960 and in production from 1961-1972).
Hand-painted detail under glaze in striking blue against pale gray. This line is dishwasher safe.

Excellent, vintage condition sans one flea bite to one of the cup’s rims.

Early Jens Quistgaard for Dansk Flamestone Coffee / Tea Set

Denmark ‘Flamestone’ coffee or tea pot, creamer, and sugar by Jens H. Quistgaard for Dansk designs, circa 1958-1964.
Features the Flamestone signature slate, almost brown glazed-earthenware with striated pattern and white with a tinge of green porcelain interior. Elegant, attractive set with sculpted handles and spout.
Early, Danish production, as indicated by the markings and rough exterior (a smooth version was introduced in 1964).
The pitcher has a small stress line to the interior (likely occurring post-kiln during the drying process). It does not effect the integrity of the piece and is only visible from the interior.
There is also a tiny fleck to the rim of the teapot lid. Very minor and barely visible.

Denmark ‘Flamestone’ coffee or tea pot, four demitasses, four mugs, and eight saucers (four small / four larger) by Jens H. Quistgaard for Dansk Designs, circa 1958-1964.
Features the Flamestone signature slate, almost brown glazed-earthenware with striated pattern and white porcelain interior (pitcher has a green tinge to the porcelain interior). Elegant, attractive set with only one fleck to the rim of one of the mugs (very minor and easy to miss — see photos for closeups).
Early, Danish production, as indicated by the markings and rough exterior (a smooth version was introduced in 1964).

Georges Briard Coffee / Tea Serving Set

Tea / Coffee set by Georges Briard circa 1950s composed of hand-painted details on porcelain. Includes the tea / coffee pot, creamer and sugar. Age-appropriate crazing present, but no chips / cracks. Minor fading to the gold-painted decoration. Brass is in unpolished, original condition and shows tarnishing.

Martz for Marshall Studios Stoneware Coffee / Tea Set

Complete tea set from Gordon and Jane Martz for Marshall Studios in rare sky blue matte glaze with Incised linear decoration throughout. The original leather wrap and cork top are intact on the teapot. This set is pristine; there is no trace that any of the pieces were even used. The teapot retains the original Marshall Studios label, and each individual piece is signed ‘Martz’ with the respective model number. This set was first available in 1957; this example is likely a 1960s model, given the color. Each cup is: 2.5″ H x 2.75″ diameter (provided dimensions are for the tea pot alone).

Complete 1950s Italian coffee set, including lidded-pot, lidded-sugar, and creamer, all composed of silver plate with rosewood handles. Excellent, polished condition, bearing the ‘Made in Italy’ brand to the underside.

Six-Piece Royal Bayreuth Bavarian Porcelain Figural “Tomato” Tea Set

Late 19th Century Royal Bayreuth of Tettau, Germany porcelain figural tomato tea service including:
the lidded tea pot, creamer, lidded sugar jar, lidded jelly jar, and salt and pepper shakers with original cork stoppers.
Some paint loss and a fleabite present to the salt and pepper set, as shown. Overall, in very good, antique condition with wear consistent with age and use.
Early Royal Bayreuth marking present (the earliest branding was the cursive “T.” This stamp, the second branding the company used, features a single lion holding a “T” shield). Estimated date of production is ca. 1875-1900.

Attractive earth tone palette – chocolate brown with green and olive banding.
Creamer is in good, vintage condition, and sugar has a hairline crack, as shown. It is still safe to use and structurally sound.

Vintage Georges Briard “El Dorado” Enamel and Brass Tea/Coffee Service

Coffee service set including a sugar bowl, creamer, and tea/coffee pot by Georges Briard for his “El Dorado” line.
Composed of brass-plated silver vessels with teal enamel inserts. The creamer and pot both have carved walnut handles, and the pitcher retains the original glass cylindrical ‘carafe’ which screws to lid.
Polished condition, though there is some plate loss to the creamer, as shown, along with overall age-commensurate overall wear. The sugar lid has a spot of crazing to the enamel. Remains a luxurious, hard to find, and complete set from this coveted line by master enamelist, Georges Briard.

Vintage West German Fat Lava Ceramic Glaze Pitcher and Cup Set

Lovely decanter set of seven pieces: one carafe and six small tumblers, all in slate gray ceramic with white volcanic-textured mottled surfaces. Interiors are all glazed in a high-gloss orange. Likely, 1960s West German (given the composition). Unsigned.
Few flecks to tumblers, which blend into the white lava drip finish (no real losses).
