Pair of Vintage Norwegian Crackle Enamel and Stone Winking Owls
This unique pair of owls is composed of crackle enamel encased in resin and stone.
There is a piece of wire attached in the back, so these can be hung, stand alone (even used as bookends), or lie flat. The slots between the feet also indicate that these can be used as ashtrays (although the surfaces are in nice shape, and do not appear to have been used as such).
There is minor loss to the purple owl’s left ear and foot. There are some light scratches to the enamel (mostly just results of the crackle effect / pattern).
