Extremely clean condition with only minor loss to the interior rim and chromed-stainless steel handles, as pictured. Interior and pattern are free of loss.

1960s Norwegian Enamel ‘Scampi’ Plate / Small Serving Platter by Cathrineholm in green.
Though Grete Prytz Kittelsen was responsible for form and color design, Arne Clausen is attributed as having designed the ‘lotus’ pattern for Cathrineholm.
The dish is in good, vintage condition. Interior shows light scratches, particularly around the base, few spots of discoloration / general wear to one area at the top of the white lotus pattern, and underside shows very minimal wear.

Handsome four-seat leather and rosewood sofa designed by Knut Sæter and Hans Olsen for Vatne Møbler (Norway, 1960s).
The dark grain of the sculpted, exaggerated rosewood armrests and corresponding trim pair well with the dark leather (color is a deep eggplant – easily perceived as black).
Rosewood has been refinished; the original leather, supple and perfectly aged, has been cleaned and conditioned. Minor wear to the leather (scuffs / fade spots) remain.
Retains the “Vatne Mobler Made in Norway” metal manufacturer’s tag.

Long Norwegian Modern Exposed Teak Sofa with Original Upholstery

Mid-Century Modern sofa with a continuous, exposed teak arm / back trim (Norway, ca. 1960s).
Retains the original upholstery composed of a charcoal wool frame with a contrasting cushion in red, green, white, and oatmeal plaid. The foam and straps have been replaced. Frame has been refinished; only a couple of minor scuffs remain.
Impressive, long size (H: 31.25″ x D: 28.5″ x L: 107″ x Arm height: 22″ x Seat height: 17″) with crisp lines and elegant form.
Available separately is the corresponding arm chair.

Mid Century Norwegian Modern Figgjo Flint Rectangular Covered Casserole Dish

Lovely Norwegian porcelain casserole (circa 1970s) by Figgjo Flint. Lid features a floral border in green and blue with a single flower on the handle itself. Very nice, vintage condition with only minor interior wear (light spots in places) from use.

Circa 1960s Norwegian Cathrineholm enamelware casserole in blue and white lotus pattern. Large example
(9 quarts – L: 15.75″ x H: 8″ x D: 12.75″).
Very nice, vintage condition with minor wear to the exterior (small scuffs / scratches near the base, couple of small stains to pattern, light wear to the interior). Light tarnishing to handle base on the underside of the lid.

Mid-Century Norwegian Rosewood Flip-Top Rolling Dry Bar by Torbjørn Afdal

Highly functional and handsome rosewood flip-top bar cabinet on caster wheels with two keys designed by Torbjørn Afdal and produced by Mellemstrands Trevarindustri / Bruksbo of Norway.
The locking cabinet opens to reveal ample storage for bottles and barware, resourcefully using all available space, including the doors. There is a mechanism that locks the extended surface into place (surfaces can only be closed by unlocking said mechanism with the key).
Extremely high quality piece, utilizing the finest materials and sophisticated construction techniques.
The black laminate flip-top is in excellent condition with only a few superficial scuffs. Rosewood has been conservatively refinished with only minor, insignificant wear remaining.
Retains the “Mellemstrands Trevarindustri Bruskbo Modell Made in Norway” manufacturer tag.

Mid-Century Norwegian Modern teak magazine rack designed in the 1960s by Rolf Hesland for Bruksbo.
Features six slots for books/magazines with a sculptural handle, all supported by four caster wheels for easy mobility.
Uncommon example with three more slots than the more ubiquitous model. Additionally, this examples retains the original Danish “Danroll” metal and rubber casters unlike the later plastic wheels.
Very good, refinished condition with a few small edge/handle repairs as shown.

Norwegian Modern Oak Low Stools with Reversible Table Tops by B.J. Hansen

B.J. Hansen dual-purpose oak and green and black naugahyde low stools whose seats can be reversed and converted to laminate top side tables (circa 1960s, Norway). Original condition showing light wear to the laminate surfaces, spots of loss and wear to the naugahyde, and a few light scuffs to the oak.
Measurements when assembled as stools: H 16.75″ x W 18.75″ x D 17.75″ used as side tables: H 15.25″ x W 18.75″ x D 17.75″.
