Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates ‘Gondola’ Sofa in Walnut and Velvet
Model #2408 ‘Gondola’ sofa designed by Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates in the 1960s. Composed of a sculpted walnut base which supports the frame. Three back cushions feature a single button / cushion, and the seat is one continuous cushion tufted and buttoned throughout. Bolsters offer additional support and comfort. Fully restored condition — walnut has been newly refinished, and sofa has been recovered in a luxurious Kravet ‘Gunmetal’ gray velvet. Foam and strapping are all new.

Pair of Bouclé Slipper Chairs Designed by Jens Risom for H.G. Knoll Associates
Jens Risom for H.G. Knoll Associates armless slipper chairs composed of upholstered seats supported by walnut bases (first appearing in the 1942 Knoll catalog).
There is a slight design disparity between the two chairs – the wood joinery in the back base of one of the chairs isn’t present in the other (one chair is an early production ca. 1942, while the other was likely manufactured roughly four years later before Risom’s departure from Knoll).
Newly reupholstered in an off-white/wheat Kravet bouclé (36114-106) with button-tufted back detail. The foam has additionally been replaced. The bases have been newly refinished. Scuffs/wear remains to one base, as shown.
Measures: H: 31″ x L: 22.5″/23″ x D: 30″ x Seat Height: 17.5″ / 17″ (there is a very slight dimensional disparity between the two chairs).
Retains the Knoll manufacturing tag on the reverse of one chair.

Pair of Gio Ponti for Casa E Giardino club chairs newly reupholstered in Kravet butterscotch velvet (36111-416) with button-tufted detail (ca. 1938, Italy). Sculptural form with spacious seat and elegant curvature to the frame.
Excellent, restored condition with new upholstery/foam. The feet were left original and show good age/patina consistent with period and use.

These unique armchairs (circa 1960s USA) float elegantly on walnut bases and are characterized by pronounced / exaggerated arms and sculptural frames. Newly upholstered in Kravet gray velvet with new foam. Back cushion features a single, central button accent, while seat is fully button-tufted. Reminiscent of designs by both Vladimir Kagan and Adrian Pearsall, but the designer is unknown.

Set of Twelve Vintage Italian Modern Walnut Dining Chairs by Vittorio Dassi
Set of twelve Vittorio Dassi dining chairs (ca. 1950s, Italy). Composed of deeply sculpted Italian walnut frames with tapered legs, the back two angled slightly.
Though Dassi designed a few versions of this dining chair, the signature characteristic is the backrest, which is supported by four wooden shims/connectors creating a floating-like appearance and enhancing the elegant airiness of the design.
Luxurious chairs, uncommon as a set of twelve, newly reupholstered in an oatmeal Kravet bouclé (36114-106). The foam has additionally been replaced, and the walnut frames been newly refinished and show only minor wear.
