Collection of four small unlined brown leather boxes with gold inlay/embossed decoration by Scuola del Cuoio (ca. 1970s, Florence, Italy).
Includes a cylindrical snuff box, a matchbox, a square playing card box, and two hollow ‘book’ shaped boxes that fit into a leather binder (also for playing cards or other smaller objects).
Natural patina present along with soiling and scuffs, as shown. Overall, a charming collection of typical Florentine leather goods of the Mid-20th Century in beautifully aged, original condition.

Fornasetti “Commedia dell’arte” Table Lamp Produced by Antonangeli

Barnaba Fornasetti, son of Piero Fornasetti, “Commedia dell’arte” table lamp from the La Follia series for Antonangeli (ca 1990s, Italy). Composed of a flat plastic sheet photostatic printed with an iconic design by Barnaba’s father, Piero Fornasetti, assembled by folding the sheet into a cylindrical form and inserting two tabs into their corresponding inserts. The socket fits directly into an opening in the plastic sheet and its fitting is screwed into place on the inside of the shade allowing the light to diffuse out of the open top (lamp is hollow with no base or top).
Ingenious, but resourceful design producing a warm glow enhanced by the vibrant colors of the print, while using very modest materials.
Measures: H 13″ x L 4.5″ x D 6.13″ (plug adds an extra 1.5″ to the depth)
Excellent, vintage condition (never used, but may show slight shelf wear from storage). The plug has been changed for USA functionality.

Italian ‘Flex’ Floor Lamp Model 2164 by Elio Martinelli

Inspired by the human spine and intended to resemble vertebrae, the ‘Flex’ floor lamp was designed by Elio Martinelli for Martinelli Luce, Italy in 1969. Composed of a ribbed, swivelling arm in white plastic which glides easily back and forth, and a fully rotatable lacquered metal shade and stationary base. The ‘spine’ is flexible allowing for height adjustability. Measures: Height can be adjusted from 11.25″ to 62.75″ Length can be adjusted from 12.75″ when lamp is erect (base diameter) to 60″ when fully extended. The shade diameter is 8.25″ (Dimensions provided reflect the highest adjustment and the shortest length, which, in this case, is the base diameter.) Nice, vintage condition, sans light scratches and paint loss to the base.

Italian ‘Sirio’ Table Lamp by Sergio Brazzoli & Ermanno Lampa for Guzzini

Vintage ‘Sirio’ table lamp/wall sconce designed by Sergio Brazzoli & Ermanno Lampa for Guzzini (1970s, Italy). Composed of two acrylic half-spheres, one in smoked acrylic, the other in white connected by round, chrome brackets. A thin band of space separates the two pieces, allowing for additional light to be released.
Stylish, space-age design that emits an attractive, warm light.
Excellent, vintage condition with only light wear (few small scuffs to the acrylic, as shown, along with light spotting to a chrome bracket). Rewired for US use while retaining the switch.

Italian Modern Brass and Green Metal Petite Table Lamp by Gilardi and Barzaghi

Charming, petite table/bedside lamp by Gilardi and Barzaghi (ca. 1953/54, Italy).
Composed of a perforated, conical shade in green lacquered metal supported by a tubular brass base.
Original condition with age/wear present to the shade (two small dents along with light scuffing, as shown). The unpolished brass retains its warm patina along with tarnish throughout. Shows very well in person and will be presented in rewired condition for US use with an/off switch added to the cord itself.

Italian Modern Brass, Metal, and Black Marble Table Lamp by Luci Milano

Elegant articulating table lamp by Luci Milano (ca. 1950s, Italy)
Composed of a brass pivoting stem and adjustable gray metal conical shade, all supported by a round, black marble base.
Light wear present – scuff and small spot of paint loss to the shade, attractive patina/tarnish spots to the unpolished brass, and scratches/general wear to the marble base. All is minimal – piece remains in very good, vintage condition.
Original Italian socket, wiring, and plug (Luci branded plug will be changed for US use, unless otherwise requested).
Measures (as in the sixth image with the shade parallel to the base):

This 1970s Reggiani chromed-steel floor lamp features four fully adjustable fixtures affixed to a corresponding chromed-steel bent rod.
There is a slight dimensional variation, dependent on how the fixtures are adjusted, but the overall dimensions are approximately:

Very good, vintage condition with light scuffs / spots of peeling to the chrome, as shown.

Italian Modernist “Orléans” Brass and Acrylic Adjustable Floor Lamp by Stilux

Highly functional and stylish Stilux “Orléans” floor lamp with three sockets accepting E14 bulbs (ca. 1955, Milan, Italy).
Composed of an oversized shade mounted to brass dual-arm support atop a black metal stem and white marble base. Unusual two-tone shade in lilac purple acrylic atop a smaller painted metal dome (appearing rose gold with the concealment of the gold metal portion). Interior shade is white acrylic with a brass finial.
Endless adjustment options -both arms pivot, offering full 360 degree rotation in either direction. Additionally, the shade can swivel, and the height can be increased by loosening the brass cap above the black stem as shown.
Very good, vintage condition with light tarnish to the unpolished brass, a couple of light scuffs to the lilac shade and minor paint wear to the black stem. Retains the original Italian plug, which will be changed for US use, unless otherwise requested.
We are using three 3W energy saving bulbs (equivalent of 30 w each) at 300 lumens per, but higher wattage e14 bulbs can be used in substitution.
“Stilux Milano Made in Italy” tag present to the underside of the shade.
