Desk / table lamp by Jacobus of Germany featuring a porcelain enamel shade and painted metal base / stepped foot, circa 1930. Highly functional with an articulated stem and fully adjustable shade.
Original paint shows heavy wear (dents, scratches, and blemishes throughout, as shown). Remains a practical, stylish piece in original condition. Will be presented newly wired (US).
Signed ‘Jacobus’ on the bottom.

Desk/table lamp featuring an enameled metal shade and painted round metal base, circa 1930s. Features an adjustable shade and stem.
Naturally distressed condition showing paint marks, dents, and scratches. Visibly repainted at one point. Remains a practical, stylish piece in fair condition. Will be presented newly wired (US).

1950s Industrial Black Iron Railroad Tie Bookends

Nice pair of vintage black forged iron railroad tie bookends. These have more character than traditional i-beams, with splayed ‘leg’ supports, almost appearing cartoonish in form.
Wear / loss is original to the fabrication; these are in good, distressed, vintage condition.
Slight variation in size due to the handmade nature of these pieces, but approximate dimensions are: L : 4.9″ x D: 3.75″ x H: 4.25″

1950s Industrial Brown Iron Railroad Tie Bookends

Bauhaus-Style 1940s Adjustable Table Lamp Attributed to Philips

Table lamp composed of an adjustable enameled-metal shade and base with a dual chromed-metal stem, circa late 1940s-early 1950s. Retains the original green enamel paint. Brass medallion engraved ‘P 116’ affixed to one of the stems.
Light scuffs / scratches to the shade and base and paint loss to the shade’s interior. There is also a small dent to the base. However, the piece remains in nice, original condition with wear consistent with age / use.

Chapman Patinated Brass Adjustable Floor Lamp

This floor lamp was designed by Chapman in the 1970s combining Industrial and modern design. Comprised entirely of brass this piece also features the signature bronze finish and dimmer ‘ball’ knob. The shade is fully adjustable, offering full 360 degree mobility. Additionally, the height is adjustable. Beautiful patina / age to this piece. Evidenced by the contrasting brass (heavily patinated vs. clean), this piece was most commonly used on one of the lower height adjustments. Measures: Max height 57.5″ Lowest height 39.5″.

Christian Dell for Kaiser Extendable Wall Lamp

1930s Industrial / Bauhaus style Christian Dell for Kaiser Idell ‘accordion’ lamp with adjustable and extendable shade (smaller version – can be extended from 12″ up to 35″). Iconic design and nice original condition with only minor scuffs and minimal paint loss. Three in total, price is for one. Marked ‘Original Kaiser Idell’ Measures: Shade diameter is 8.25″.

Clifford Pascoe for Modernmasters Dining Set

This minimal, elegant dining set was designed in 1951 by Clifford Pascoe for Modernmasters and is comprised of a single-leaf dining table and six chairs, all on hairpin, iron bases. The table features a laminate top ‘wrapped’ around a solid wood frame. The sculptural walnut backrests of the chairs are attached to the iron uprights through bolts (two on each side). The seats have been reupholstered. This chairs was featured in the 1952 Museum of Modern Art Good Design show. The dimensions listed are for the dining table with the leaf in place and the chairs at all ends. Other specs: The chairs are: W 19.25″ (front legs). Seat width 16″. Seat height 17.5″. Backrest width 18.25″. Height 28.75″. Depth 20″. The length of the table without the leaf is 59.75″. The total length of the table with the 11.75″ leaf is 71.5″. The depth of the table is 35.75″. Large Vintage A.J. Nystrom Wall Mounted or Tabletop Activity / Military Globe

Machine Age-style A.J. Nystrom of Chicago Military or Activity Globe composed of a spun metal blue orb with green slated land masses outlined in yellow. These globes were used by the military and NASA, in addition to serving as geographical learning tools for classrooms (hence the lack of identifying information on the land masses). They were intended to be written on using chalk.
This example (circa 1940s) is in very nice condition for its age with light dimpling and one larger dent (13th picture) and minor scuffs and scratches throughout in addition to the heavy patina / oxidation to the metal base.
Can be wall-mounted via a hole in the base, as shown, or sit tabletop.
