American Modern Walnut Credenza
This small walnut credenza features two sliding doors which open to reveal three small drawers to the left atop open storage, and three sizable drawers to the right. The simple, clean modern design of the cabinet is nicely contrasted by striking brass turned legs, which add an elegance to the piece. The cabinet shows only minor signs of wear; the brass legs show minor loss / wear from use.

Arne Vodder for Sibast Tambour-Door Teak Credenza Model 37
1950s Danish modern teak credenza (model 37) designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast Møbler. Composed of a teak frame with two tambour doors with recessed pulls that slide open to reveal a total of four adjustable shelves (three shorter on the right side and one long on the left) flanked by two shallow drawers in Vodder’s signature ‘bowtie’ form. Finished on both sides and can be used as a room divider. Retains both Danish control tag and “Sibast Furniture Made in Denmark” metal medallion. Expertly refinished condition; only minor wear remains.

Arne Vodder Teak Credenza with Reversible Doors
This impressive teak sideboard was designed in the 1950s by Arne Vodder for Sibast Mobler (Model 29A). It features seven ‘bowtie’ drawers with recessed pulls, two reversible doors (finished black on one side, teak on the other) and a drop down locking cabinet with a black interior and adjustable shelf. The reversible doors offer three different configurations, depending on the preferred aesthetic: one black / one teak, two teak, and two black doors, respectively. Finished on all sides, including the back. Includes the original key.
Condition Notes: Excellent. One spot of discoloration on one of the black side door fronts (faint). otherwise, excellent condition.

Danish Cabinet Maker Custom Oak Sideboard
Handsome, stained-oak Danish sideboard expertly crafted by a skilled cabinet maker, evidenced by the superior quality of the piece. Each of the two cabinet doors has a unique key that unlocks its corresponding door (the keys are not interchangeable). The doors open to reveal open storage divided by a fully adjustable shelf on the right side and four double drawers on the left. The dovetailing on the light oak drawers in conjunction with the execution of the design is sublime. Each of the four drawers has its own secondary drawer (tray) that glides effortlessly on a separate built-in track and can open independently of its corresponding drawer. The back is unfinished. The hardware is solid German brass. Refinished condition, but light wear remains (few surface surfaces along with one patch of blotching, and few nicks to sides, as shown). Overall, very good, vintage condition. Measures: H 33.5″ x D 19″ x L 49.25″ Cabinet section interior dimensions: H 21″ x D 17.5″ x L 31.25″ The removable / adjustable shelf as positioned has 10.75″ of space above and 10.25″ of space below. There are holes present for two alternative shelving positions that increase / decrease the height by roughly 1″.
Danish Modern Low Teak and Glass Credenza
Danish Modern Credenza composed of a teak frame with glass, sliding doors. Glass panels have inset pulls and slide open to reveal two, adjustable shelves (one / side). Frame is mounted to two sculpted, teak bases. Uniquely narrow and low, yet offers plentiful storage. Ideal for any room with space restrictions. Additionally, the back is partially finished, and the piece can serve as a room divider.

Danish rosewood sideboard or credenza (model 18) designed in the 1960s by Gunni Omann for Omann Jun Møbelfabrik. Highly stylized yet functional piece with ample storage. Dual doors with sculpted pulls slide open to reveal a single-shelf storage space. The shelves are adjustable and can be removed entirely for open storage. Four shallow drawers on the left side supply additional storage. Details include tapered and flared legs, spectacular book-matching, and a completely finished back, allowing the piece to serve as a room divider. Boasts rich color and vivid grain. Beautiful, restored condition.

Danish Modern Teak Chest of Drawers / Credenza by Danflex Systems
Danish modern chest of drawers / credenza in teak supported by an ebonized plinth base designed by Art Furn and manufactured by Danflex Systems (Denmark, 1960s). Center tambour door, flanked by three drawers on each side, conceals a single, removable, non-adjustable shelf and shallow drawer. The six, sizable drawers are framed by the corresponding ebony trim of the base. The top two drawers include built-in, non-removable dividers. Newly refinished condition.
Stamped ‘Danflex Systems Made in Denmark’ to the back and retains the ‘Art Furn Denmark’ label to the top drawer.
Excellent, restored condition.

This small cabinet features a bi-fold door on the left side which opens to reveal a single, adjustable/removable shelf. There are four drawers on the right side for additional storage. The sculptural, bent-teak wood pulls add nice dimension to the piece. Unmarked, and the back is unfinished.

Danish Teak Credenza by IB Kofod-Larsen for Faarup
IB Kofod-Larsen highboard designed for Faarup. Early example (1950s) in dark teak with multiple storage compartments. Narrow profile and relatively diminutive size for its design / storage capability. Top two tambour doors open to reveal two shelved-storage sections with four shallow drawers in between (shelves are adjustable). The bottom section is composed of three drawers and two open storage sections on either side, each with its own tambour door. Very nice, restored condition, but minor wear remains (few scratches to the top right side and two rings in the left top section, masked by tambour door when closed).
Retains the Danish Control Tag.

Diminutive Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen Teak Sideboard
This exquisite sideboard was designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen and manufactured by Søborg furniture in the 1950s. It is composed of a single tambour door, which slides open to reveal a single, adjustable shelf. There are also four drawers for additional storage (three shallow and one double) which feature Hvidt and Nielsen’s signature sculpted, semi-circular pulls. Exceptional dovetail-detailing, finger-joint cabinetry, and solid wood construction.
