Dennis Frings ‘Timbrel Series V’ Large Mixed Media on Board
Largest example from Dennis Frings’ “Timbrel Series” measuring 60.25″ W x 48.75″ H.
Frings, an acclaimed printmaker and painter, was considered a very collectible artist (particular in the 1980s) and, aside from standard exhibitions and private sales, was commissioned / collected by some of the largest corporations in the USA including GMC, IBM, GE, Price Waterhouse, and Hershey’s. This specific example was purchased by New York City’s Citicorp Center in 1977 (later renamed Citigroup Center, now called 601 Lexington).

Large Italian Modern Ceramic ‘Face’ Charger
This 1960s Italian ceramic wall-plaque / charger depicts an abstract face aside a drink and is comprised of strong lines and color. It is marked Italy and numbered ‘1031’ on the reverse. Aside from minor loss to the nose (most likely a manufacturer defect), this exceptional piece is in good, vintage condition.

Mid-20th Century Mixed-Media Abstract Acrylic and Raffia on Canvas
Circa 1960s American mixed-media acrylic painting with raffia and nylon patches. Interesting incorporation of various textures, geometric shapes, and colors. The ‘bubble’ under the black nylon patch is the texture of the paint underneath (no damage to the canvas to note but some wear / edge loss to the original frame present).
