$950.00Task lamp designed by O.C. White (circa 1930s) composed of a steel arm, stem, and base with a painted shade. Unique size (height of the stem is 31.75″) suitable for floor or table use. Includes the original knobbed knuckle adjuster, which allows the arm to adjust along the stem. The shade is additionally adjustable in all directions. Distressed condition with heavy patina / paint loss.

1930s Swiss ‘Quick 1500’ Adjustable Table Light by Alfred Müller
$950.00‘Quick 1500’ lamp designed by Alfred Müller for Belmag, Zürich composed of an off-white enameled-metal shade and base with chromed-metal arm, circa 1935. Ingenious, sleek design, marrying both form and function with multiple adjustability options: the arm swivels, as does the shade, and the arm height can be adjusted. Original condition including socket and ‘on / off’ pull chain: there are spots of paint loss to both shade and base, as shown, largely to the edges. An important Swiss design in original condition with wear consistent with age and history.
Plug will be changed in advance for US use.

1950s Austrian Brass ‘Lily’ Table Lamp Attributed to J.T. Kalmar
$2,200.00Mid-20th century table lamp composed of a pale-yellow, oversized shade (resembling a lily petal) with an interior black metal socket and tubular brass base / brass hardware. Simple, yet stunning piece attributed to J.T. Kalmar of Austria.
Painted metal components (both interior socket and exterior shade) are in original condition; brass has been polished. Nice, vintage shape with minor paint loss to the shade (mostly in the back) and small spots of paint loss to the socket.
On / off switch has been added, and the lamp has been fully rewired.

1960s Per Iversen for Louis Poulsen Floor Lamp
$1,200.00An early example (circa 1967, Denmark) of Per Iversen’s ‘Combi’ Lamp for Louis Poulsen (model #28917). Composed of an all original black painted-metal stem, top cap, and base with restored shade in off-white painted-metal (color matched to the original). Very nice, vintage condition with only minor wear.
Retains ‘Louis Poulsen & Co. Made in Denmark’ label.

1970s American Studio Craft Blown Glass Lamp by Richard Harkness
$650.00Studio glass lamp with original shade made by renowned glass blower, Richard Harkness (New Hampshire, USA, circa 1970s). Harkness’s work can be seen in a number of prestigious galleries and museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Additionally, he was formerly a professor of glassblowing at Haystack Mountain School of Arts.
Harkness’s lamps are scarcely seen. This particular ‘orb’ art glass lamp features a bubble motif throughout. The teal color at the top fades into a pale blue / almost clear glass finish creating a nice contrast. The original shade is present, but shows some unraveling / loss to the weave at the top, as shown. The glass is free of defects, chips, cracks.

1970s Three Fixture Chrome Floor Lamp with Lucite Prisms
$2,600.00Unusual circa 1970s, USA floor lamp featuring three chrome rods supporting cylindrical chrome fixtures with lucite prism inserts. Each prism has a blue disc affixed to the base, which reflects a blue light at certain angles. The fixtures have 360 degree adjustability / swivel to redirect light, accordingly.
The fixtures themselves have been re-chromed; the circular base shows light pitting / scuffing.
Fixtures each measures 1.75″ diameter x 15.5″ height

Art Deco Red Painted Metal, Glass and Brass Torchiere Floor Lamp

Composed of a slender red painted metal stem supported by a round rose-hued brass base embellished with dual elm wood conical mounts divided by a glass orb. A second glass orb at the top serves as the collar for the patinated brass shade.
Good, vintage condition with spots of red paint loss to the stem and more considerable wear to the base (pitting/dents, etc.). Newly rewired.
Remains an elegant example from the Art Deco period whose designs employs a unique combination of materials and colors.
Linen shade is for demonstration, as it is neither original nor of the period.
