Atomic-style table lamp designed by Gerald Thurston, circa 1950s. Sculptural tripod base in stained oak with brass stem and original milk glass diffuser. The vintage linen shade shown has been added and shares similar form and dimensions as the original.
Oak has been newly refinished, and the lamp itself is in excellent, vintage condition. Shade has an interior tear (not visible when in use) along with a few spots / general, light wear).

Vintage Acrylic and Teak Abstract Cat Sculpture by Robert D. Harvey

Robert D. Harvey (b. 1927-2015 – Marshfield, MA, USA) abstract sculpture composed of cut acrylic / Lucite (both smoked and transparent) and sculpted walnut assembled to represent a cat. Mounted to an ebonized pine board, circa 1970s. This sculpture is a rare example from Harvey, a graduate of the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston, who was almost exclusively known as an accomplished painter.
Unique piece in nice, original condition sans light scratches to the clear acrylic ‘face’ cut out, along with minor, overall wear. There is additionally one spot of walnut loss to one corner, as pictured.
Artist signed and stamped with address and telephone number.

Vintage Italian Space Age Sculptural Chrome and Acrylic Floor Lamp

Impressive Italian Space Age-Style chromed-metal floor lamp (ca. 1960s, Italy).
Composed of six shaped chrome fixtures supported by a dense chromed-metal stem and round white acrylic base. (Acrylic disc was likely a later addition added to conceal some dents to the original chrome base and can be removed.) Though, the white acrylic adds a nice contrast to the otherwise all chromed-metal lamp.
Statement piece – practical, offering plentiful light sources, while not compromising style.
Very good, vintage condition with light wear to the chrome in addition to one approximately 2″ long scratch to one of the shades, as shown.
Retains the original Italian plug, which will be changed for US use, unless otherwise requested .
