Set of Four Clifford Pascoe for Modernmasters Dining Chairs

Set of four minimal, yet elegant dining chairs designed in 1951 by Clifford Pascoe for Modernmasters. The sculptural walnut backrests of the chairs are attached to the iron uprights through bolts (two on each side). The seats have been reupholstered in a multicolored tweed. This chair was featured in the 1952 Museum of Modern Art Good Design show.
Very good, vintage condition with only slight wear to the refinished walnut around the bolts, as shown.
