Mid-Century, Italian Modern Freestanding Wall Unit

This impressive 1950s Italian Freestanding Wall Unit/Room Divider is in the style of Ico Parisi, but the maker is unknown. Originally, this piece was thought to be mahogany, as the original finish was a high-gloss that concealed the true grain of the wood. Restoration revealed the true material to be a rich teak, which has been stained to keep in line with the original color. All the brass hardware is original to the piece; no parts have been replaced in restoration. The unit comes with the key that opens the cabinet to the far right. Additionally, there are two sliding doors that reveal shelves and interior storage. Measures: 15.25″ D back leg to front leg. 9.25″ D main surface. 5″ D top shelf. 5.25″ middle shelf. 6.25″ bottom shelf.
