Mid-Century Black Resin Inlaid “Flowers” Plate by Couroc for Western Airlines

1960s small square decorative dish/hors d’oeuvre plate/ashtray with a vibrant floral motif by Couroc of Monterey, California custom-designed for Western Airlines, which later merged with Delta.
Composed of a black lacquer phenolic resin (water, burn, stain, and detergent resistant plastic) with attractive inlaid pigment and brass accents.
Good, vintage condition with scuffs present, as shown (mostly noticeable in direct sunlight).
Retains the Couroc/Western Airlines manufacturer’s foil label.
