Charming Sylvia “Goldie” Lipson (New York, USA 1905-1992) oil painting titled “Tiger and His Friends” featuring a grouping of colorful, life-like children’s toys (ca. 1952, USA).
Lipson, a WPA painter who spent much of her life as an artist in New York City, was most notable for still life, interior scene and landscape painting, along with teaching and writing.
