Tall Mid-Century bisque porcelain Op Art “Structura Paper” Vase by Martin Freyer for Rosenthal Studio Linie (ca. 1960s, Germany).
Features a porcelain-white matte exterior with relief effect and a glazed interior.
Pattern also resembles a textile or a fossilized rock, though its intended representation was that of crumpled paper.
Excellent, vintage condition with no wear to note.

Hans Martin Freyer designed the Volkswagen logo in 1937 and went on to work as a stage, art, graphic, and industrial designer. He worked as a freelance designer for Porzellanmanufaktur Rosenthal from 1964-1974.
