Vintage Folk Art Dome Top Leather and Canvas Steamer Trunk Initialed ‘H.K.’

Unique steamer trunk (circa 1920s) composed of a heavy black canvas exterior with leather straps / accents and brass hardware.
The interior red canvas ‘folder’ with leather clasp can accommodate pictures / documents. There is an interior tray, which can be removed for additional storage. The lining of tray and chest is a dense silk-like liner, which shows soiling and one tear. Note the interior has been cleaned, and the material isn’t dirty; it’s stained.
Initials ‘H.K.’ present to both sides of trunk.
Very nice condition for its age, showing wear commensurate with age and use.
