Vintage Folk Art Carved “Cat” Mint Green Matchbook Holder

Hand-carved Folk Art matchbook holder with attached metal eyes and original hand-painted details (ca. 1940s, USA). Primary box color is mint green (retains original paint).
Equipped with a hole through the tail for wall mounting, though works well as a table top decorative object.
Paint losses/scuffs consistent with age and tarnish to the button eyes. Additionally, there is a small edge loss to one of the ears, as shown. Otherwise, in good, structurally sound, vintage condition.
