Teak and Brass ‘Ladies’ Desk by Arne Wahl Iversen
This sculptural desk (model #56) was designed by Arne Wahl Iversen for Vinde Mobelfabrik in 1961. Referred to as the ‘Ladies Desk,’ given its diminutive size and dual use as a vanity. Features two drawers, each with its own lock, and a second tier with a shallow drawer and a bill / letter storage section divided into three sections. This lesser seen example includes the solid brass support stretchers. Includes single key, which locks / unlocks both drawers. Branded with the Danish Control label and manufacturer’s mark / model number.
