Set of Italian Modern Vallenti Enamel Kitchen Canisters

Charming set of four kitchen canisters made in Italy (circa 1960s) by Vallenti. Features four enamel canisters in varying sizes, allowing them to be consolidated and ‘nested’ together when not in use. The black canisters, ‘tea,’ ‘coffee,’ ‘sugar,’ and ‘flour,’ uniquely display the ingredient in several different languages in alternating white and red letters, which offers an engaging, educational element.
Each canister has one, small spot of loss to the white interior. The smallest canister, ‘tea,’ has two spots of enamel loss to the bottom rim, and the ‘coffee’ canister bears a smattering of spots (likely dried water droplets). Overall, the set is in very nice condition, with very little wear to the exterior, black enamel. Tops have been refinished, and are in excellent shape.
Signed ‘Vallenti Italy’ to each canister.
