Set of Four Cathrineholm Enamel Pots in Black / White Lotus Pattern
This is rare set of 4 Cathrineholm of Norway Lidded Pots composed of three Dutch Ovens / Casseroles and one Sauce Pan – all four pieces in black with white lotus pattern. Each lid is marked CathrineHolm Made in Norway on the underside.
Though Grete Prytz Kittelsen was responsible for form and color design, Arne Clausen is attributed as having designed the ‘lotus’ pattern for Cathrineholm.
The pieces are in very nice, vintage condition with wear to the interior of the sauce pan and light spotting to the interior of the large casserole. In addition to light, general wear to pot edges / rims and minor spotting to the lids (as pictured), there is some pitting / wear to the chrome handles.
