Sculptural Italian valet designed by Fratelli Reguitti in the 1960s. This design is often mis-attributed to Ico Parisi, who used these valets for styling but never actually designed them.
Composed of a sinuous beechwood frame with hanger surmounted by a brass ball finial and molded change/cufflink holder with a retractable top bar and brass wire rack (both intended for hanging scarves, ties, or pants), all supported by a trestle base with double rack for shoes and four caster wheels for easy mobility.
Unique to this design is the exquisitely sculpted brass hook, offering yet another display option on this resourceful valet (all components of this design are functional).
Beech is in good, original condition showing only light, age-commensurate wear, and brass is in unpolished condition showing attractive age/patina.
