Scandinavian Modern Stoneware Flower Arrangement Kinetic Sculpture Signed
Unique 1960s Scandinavian bouquet composed of a a stoneware vase and flowers applied to wire stems. Attractive color combinations representing a variety of flowers and bulbs. The wire stems create a subtle swaying motion when the flowers are even slightly rearranged, adding a kinetic element to the piece. Very fine, vintage condition sans normal bending to some of the wires from the weight of ceramic adornments.
The bottom of the vase is signed MKR. Flowers are roughly 18-19.5″ long, depending on the stem Vase measures: Diameter: 7.5″ x H: 10″ Dimensions with the flowers in the vase (roughly): H:21″ x W: 20″ x D: 15″.
