Midcentury Italian Modern Molded Plastic Modular Display or Room Divider

Unique set of circa 1960s-1970s Italian molded plastic cylinders, which can fit together in a variety of configurations to form a series of display stands. Some of the pieces are ‘doubles,’ which serve as connectors of the single pieces to form a larger unit. There are inserts and lids for display. The pieces have all been cleaned, but some are permanently discolored from age or sun exposure (all were originally off-white).
Good, vintage condition with wear commonly associated with similar, white or off-white molded-plastic pieces of the age: one of the lids is cracked, as shown, but still fits nicely and snugly. Scuffs / scratches, discoloration and tension cracks.
There are four double pieces, eleven singles (15 cylinders in total,) six surface inserts, and three lids.
The double ‘stackers’ measure: L 15.1″ x H 13″ x D 7.25″
The singles measures Height 13 x diameter 7.25″
The singles with surface inserts Height 13.1″ x diameter 7.25″
The singles with lids Height 13.25″ x diameter 7.25″
