Small, enamel on copper bowl handmade in Holland circa 1950s. Yellow peacock decoration with hand-applied gold leaf detail throughout.Brown background is contrasted with the teal, red, and yellow of the subject. Uniquely, the underside in burnt orange, gun-metal gray, and red, is aesthetically pleasing in its color combination, pattern, and texture.
Ideal size for use as a jewelry / nut / soap / keys dish. Also stands alone as a nice, decorative bowl.
Good, vintage condition with minor wear / spotting / light scuffs.
