Mid-Century Black Resin Inlaid “Mallard” Tray by Couroc

Rectangular tray with curved edges by Couroc of Monterey, California depicting two mallards/ducks in flight (circa 1960s).
Composed of a black lacquer phenolic resin (water, burn, stain, and detergent resistant plastic) with attractive inlaid shell, pigment and brass accents.
Retains the Couroc manufacturer’s foil label.
Excellent, vintage condition.
