Large, rectangular tray by Couroc of Monterey, California with an inlaid vinegar cruet, spice grinder, and “Herbs and Spices” reference book (circa 1960s). Composed of a black lacquer phenolic resin (water, burn, stain, and detergent resistant plastic) with inlaid wood, pigment and brass accents.
Retains the Couroc manufacturer’s foil label.
Excellent, vintage condition with only light wear/traces of use.
