Large tray with Vermont maple cheese board panel by Couroc of Monterey, California (circa 1960s).
Composed of a black lacquer phenolic resin (water, burn, stain, and detergent resistant plastic) with pigment and brass accents depicting a cheese wheel and wedge.
Retains the Couroc manufacturer’s foil label.
Very good, vintage condition.
