Fish trivet in bright yellow plastic by Dansk Gourmet Designs of Denmark (ca. 1970s).
Loop at the top allows the piece to be wall-mounted, but it was designed to serve as a heat-resistant trivet for serving pieces / cookware.
There are two very small spots of separation to the plastic, as shown, that do not affect the stability or integrity of the piece.
Vibrant color and charming fish form add a touch of modern character and whimsy to any kitchen or dining table.
