Set of Three Vintage Sicilian Pescatore and Limone Handpainted Ceramic Tiles
$475.00Set of three hand-painted ceramic tiles newly framed depicting scenes commonly associated with Sicilian/Italian coastal living: two fisherman – one wrangling fish, another lobster and one lemon motif (ca. 1970s, Italy).
Charming visuals in vibrant colors of yellow, red, green, orange, black, brown, periwinkle and blue.
Several Italian artists, including Giovanni De Simone, by whom these pieces were influenced, used the cubist aesthetic of Pablo Picasso as a base and created an amalgam of Italian folk art (simplicity, inaccuracy and crudeness of subject) with modernism in the use of color and shape.
Tiles out of frames are marked “Made in Italy.”
Each framed tile measures roughly – H: 6.88″ x L: 6.88″ x D: 1.5″ (slight dimensional disparity between the three).
Excellent, vintage condition with only light wear/patina to the wooden frames.

Dates between 1958-1961 (Egypt and Syria united as United Arab Republic).
Features a painted taupe cast metal half-meridian mirroring the metal circular base.
Light soiling and wear present along with scuffs to the metal components, as shown. Additionally, there are small spots of paper loss. Overall, very nice, vintage condition.

Vintage Verdigris Cast Bronze Wind Bell / Wind Chime by Joe Ursutz
$650.00Cast bronze wind bell/chime made by former Cosanti Soleri Foundry metalsmith and designer, Joe Ursutz, Sr. (ca. 1960s, USA).
Ursutz, who was invaluable to Paolo Soleri during his career at Cosanti, inspired multiple wind bells. He later went on to form his own foundry, “The Bells of Carefree” which only operated from 1967-1969 selling exclusively in Arizona, making them exceedingly rarer than the Soleri Bells.
Ursutz sold his company to Jeff Cross who renamed it, “Harmony Hallow” and later passed away in 1990.
This particular bell is dense and texturally layered with round, grape-like clusters and deeply slotted sides, creating a deep, resonating tone.
Very good, vintage condition with natural patina, scuffs and light, general wear present, as shown.
Incised “JEU” initials present to the top.

German Art Deco Beige Wall Clock with Black Numerals by Welby

Blending Art Deco with early atomic/Mid-Century design, this piece works well with several decorating styles.
Green and black hands are new; movement has been changed and is in working order.
Very good, vintage condition with light scuffing to the beige frame and a thin crack to the back plastic plate (not visible from the front and bears no impact on the stability of the piece).
