Danish Modern Reclining Lounge Chair in Ochre Mohair
1960s Danish lounge chair with wide, sculptural arms and ochre mohair cushions. Features slight reclining function (the seat only leans back an additional 2″ when adjusted). Solid, spring construction with a foldable back frame for easy moving / storing. Newly upholstered in mohair with new foam. Unrecognized signature to underside (likely by owner, not designer).

Danish Modern Teak Adjustable Lounge Chair and Ottoman by Søren Ladefoged
Danish high-back lounge chair and matching ottoman designed by Søren Ladefoged for SL Møbler. The chair can be manually adjusted to two positions. The seat can be shifted into the reclining position by lifting and sliding the seat back until the brackets catch on the back brass bar.
Teak wood has been beautifully refinished, and pale gray chenille fabric and foam are new (close-ups of fabric are more revealing of the actual gray color; fabric in group shots of chair and ottoman appears whiter / lighter than it is).

This Kofod-Larsen sculptural recliner boasts elegant lines and unique functionality, with five different reclining positions. The stained walnut frame has been restored, and the upholstery / foam are new. The fabric is a nubby tweed beige with a ‘confetti’ spot pattern in black, blue, red, orange, yellow and green. Selig medallion present. Depth in reclined position: 47″ Arm height: 23″ Ottoman dimensions: W 23.75″ x D 17″ x H 16.5″.
