Oscar Torlasco for Lumi Italian Modern Adjustable Aluminum and Glass Table Lamp
$2,200.00Polished aluminum table lamp with inset frosted glass shade by Oscar Torlasco for Lumi (Italy, ca. 1960s).
Ingenious design, marrying form and function designed with a useful adjustability function without compromising style. Specifically, there is a metal bracket at the top of the stem, enabling the socket/shade component to adjust, allowing the light to be directed in any direction.
We have three available – each sold separately. Good, vintage condition with wear present, as shown (some smudging to the shade’s interior along with light, small scuffs to the aluminum). All minor and commensurate with age and use.
Original Italian sockets, wiring, and plug (plug will be changed for US use, unless otherwise requested).

Pair of 1970s Patinated Brass Chapman Floor Lamps
These floor lamps were designed by Chapman in the 1970s, combining Industrial and Modern Design. Composed entirely of brass, these lamps also feature the signature bronze finish and dimmer ‘ball’ knob with uniquely thick / wide shades. The shade is fully adjustable, offering full 360 degree mobility. Additionally, the height is adjustable at any setting from 38.75″ to 52.5″ (or to 53.5″ with the shade adjusted upward).
Beautiful patina / age and heavier wear to one of the two lamps. Polishing would eradicate much of the wear but remove the signature bronze finish, revealing a satin, polished brass. These are being presented in original condition to preserve the bronze finish.
