Hollywood Regency-Style “Rosette” Cabinet by Lane
Striking and glamorous cabinet manufactured ca. 1963 by Lane Altavista, though bearing a similarity to cabinets designed by Dorothy Draper for Heritage-Henredon.
Composed of a cream frame with gold border and ornate, oversized “rosette” pulls. Though, the rosette knobs are purely decorative and the handles don’t actually open the cabinet. There are built-in hinges that open by pressing on the right door and then manually releasing the left.
The doors open to reveal open storage flanked by a single, fixed-shelf.
Functions perfectly and is conservatively restored with a professional touch up to the gold border. Only a couple of light impressions are present to one side, as shown. Excellent, vintage condition.

Ico Parisi for Stildomus “Temide” Palisander Umbrella Stand with Drip Pan
$3,600.00Model 1703 “Temide” architectural umbrella stand (portaombrelli) in palisander with polished aluminum trim by architect/designer Ico Parisi for Stildomus (ca. 1960, Italy).
Retains its original painted metal drip pan, which is usually missing (pan can double as an ashtray when stand is turned over and tray is placed on top of the slats).
The scarcely seen red metal drip pan shows wear from age and use, and was repainted at some point (original orange/red paint can be seen on the reverse). Palisander has been conservatively refinished and, along with the aluminum border, shows only minor wear.
