Dansk Designs “Bistro” Twenty-Piece Flatware Set New in Boxes
Dansk Designs “Bistro” flatware five-piece place settings for four people (set includes 4 boxes each with 1 place setting). 1980s – 1990s versions, crafted from durable, dishwasher safe 18/10 stainless steel. Each piece has a sleek, modernist form. These are new / never used in their boxes and retain their plastic “Dansk” slip covers, as pictured. The knives have an additional plastic sheath and sticker. Manufactured in China for Dansk Designs in Pennsylvania.
New condition; boxes show wear.
Includes eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, eight soup spoons, eight teaspoons, and eight knives.

Late 1950s Jens Quistgaard for Dansk stainless flatware set in the ‘Variation V’ pattern produced in Finland. Classic, modernist design, sleek in its simplicity. Includes a walnut storage box (acquired with the set, though likely not an original Dansk design).
Each piece is branded with ‘Dansk Designs Finland IHQ’ along with the three rivers / four ducks logo, indicating an early production (circa 1957).
Light scratches / scuffs consistent with age and use. Overall, in very good, vintage condition.
