1950s Austrian Brass ‘Lily’ Table Lamp Attributed to J.T. Kalmar

Mid-20th century table lamp composed of a pale-yellow, oversized shade (resembling a lily petal) with an interior black metal socket and tubular brass base / brass hardware. Simple, yet stunning piece attributed to J.T. Kalmar of Austria.
Painted metal components (both interior socket and exterior shade) are in original condition; brass has been polished. Nice, vintage shape with minor paint loss to the shade (mostly in the back) and small spots of paint loss to the socket.
On / off switch has been added, and the lamp has been fully rewired.

1950s Stiffel Brass and Metal Three-Fixture Floor Lamp

1950s Stiffel three-fixture adjustable floor lamp composed of a brass and painted metal tubular stem and three painted / perforated metal shades on a round base. Three illumination settings. Shades are fully adjustable; height is not. Excellent, vintage condition with only minor white paint loss to stem (as pictured). Newly rewired and ready for use.

1960s Replogle Illuminated Glass Globe on Mahogany Stand

1960s Replogle (Chicago, IL) globe on stand composed of paper gores over glass with a cast metal meridian. Base is mahogany with brass feet and features a full 360 degree swivel action. Wear / spots of loss to the globe itself, as pictured; base is newly refinished and is in excellent condition. Newly rewired and ready for use. Measures: Globe alone is 16″ in diameter.

1960s West German Huger “Sputnik” Barometer Weather Station

Huger of West Germany mounted sputnik globe multi-purpose weather station featuring temperature, barometer and relative hygrometer gauge. Plexiglass globe rotates and is removable from the base. Can be used as a tabletop decoration or mounted to a wall.
Brass accents are original / have not been polished and show minor wear / tarnish. The plexi globe is in nice, vintage condition with only minor scuffs. Overall, very nice, vintage condition.

1970s Brass Mirror with Tessellated Travertine Inlay

Impressive and large rectangular mirror composed of a patinated brass frame with an inlaid tessellated travertine with a subtle chevron pattern. Glass itself is clean, with no imperfections. Brass is patinated by design, and, as a result, is unevenly discolored and tarnished. There is some peeling and spotting to the brass, but the piece overall is in nice, vintage condition. In the style of Maitland-Smith, but unsigned.

1970s Modernist Polished Brass Tape Dispenser

Modernist tape dispenser circa (1970s USA) in polished brass. The circular disks that hold the roll of tape in place adjust to accommodate different sized rolls. There are some lines of tarnish to the interior circular plate (can only be subtly detected from one side). Otherwise, in nice, polished condition with only minor signs of wear.
A very impressive desk accessory complementing any Hollywood Regency or modernist decor.

1970s Patinated Brass Chapman Table Lamp

1970s Chapman table lamp, combining industrial and modern design. Composed entirely of brass, this lamp also feature the signature bronze finish and dimmer ‘ball’ knob with a uniquely thick or wide shade. The shade is fully adjustable, offering full 360 degree mobility.
Lamp is being presented in original condition to preserve the bronze finish, which is in very nice condition for its age. There is some paint loss to the interior shade, as shown. Newly rewired and ready for immediate use.

American Modern Brass Three-Fixture Table Lamp

This 1960s Mid-Century Modern solid brass table lamp has three fixtures in an ascending semi-circular formation (shortest to tallest). There are ‘pin-prick’ perforations in the brass fixtures (reminiscent of Paavo Tynell’s work).
Much of the wear was eradicated through polishing / buffing, but light patina to the brass, along with general wear from age, remains. Overall, the piece is in nice, vintage condition. Newly rewired and ready to use.

American Modern Walnut Credenza

This small walnut credenza features two sliding doors which open to reveal three small drawers to the left atop open storage, and three sizable drawers to the right. The simple, clean modern design of the cabinet is nicely contrasted by striking brass turned legs, which add an elegance to the piece. The cabinet shows only minor signs of wear; the brass legs show minor loss / wear from use.

Art Deco Red Painted Metal, Glass and Brass Torchiere Floor Lamp

Machine Age/Art Deco Torchiere Floor Lamp, ca. 1930s, USA.
Composed of a slender red painted metal stem supported by a round rose-hued brass base embellished with dual elm wood conical mounts divided by a glass orb. A second glass orb at the top serves as the collar for the patinated brass shade.
Good, vintage condition with spots of red paint loss to the stem and more considerable wear to the base (pitting/dents, etc.). Newly rewired.
Remains an elegant example from the Art Deco period whose designs employs a unique combination of materials and colors.
Linen shade is for demonstration, as it is neither original nor of the period.

Umbrella stand composed of an ebonized-oak stick and ball constructed frame with painted black cast iron base and brass hardware (ca. late 19th Century/early 20th Century USA).
Some of the spindles are slightly bowed on one side, and there is light paint-loss throughout to the original black paint. Remains in good, vintage condition with age expected wear/patina.

Belgian Art Deco Brass and Bakelite Fluted Teapot / Coffee Pot by Demeyere

Sculptural Art Deco tea/coffee pot by Demeyere (ca. late 1930s/early 1940s, Belgium).
Scarcely seen brass example with black bakelite accents (the chrome-plated version is more common).
Newly polished condition, though light wear/tarnish remains, as shown.
Additionally, there is tarnish/oxidation to the interior, so pitcher should be used solely for decorative purposes.
Branded to the underside.
