Hans Wegner for Andreas Tuck Model AT33 Drop-Leaf Sewing Table in Teak
$2,200.001950s Danish solid teak sewing or side table (model AT33) designed by Hans J Wegner and manufactured Andreas Tuck. Crafted with two drop leaves that extend the table from 26.25″ to 46.5″ maximum length. The drawer, boasting sculptural teak pulls, is equipped with several sections and built-in sewing accessories. Does not include the basket (functions perfectly without).
Newly refinished condition, only minor wear remains.

Retains the ISA metal medallion to the reverse.

Composed of alternating banding of walnut, rosewood and butternut (original black lacquer on legs and apron is intact and is a matte finish, not polished or glossy). The table includes the two bookmatched leaves each measuring 20″ long .
Conservatively refinished condition with only a couple of light scuffs, as shown. Overall, excellent, vintage condition.

New Hope-Style Studio Craft Walnut Live Edge Side Table
$3,600.00Expertly crafted circa 1950s walnut live edge side / occasional table with three-legged base. Additional details include 2 carved plates mounted on both the front and back legs for decoration. One of the legs features a caster wheel to allow for easy mobility, despite the already relatively light weight (wheelbarrow style).
Reminiscent of designs by George Nakashima, but artist is unknown.

Pair of Danish Teak and Metal ‘Stacking Tables’ Attributed to Fritz Hansen
$1,400.00These side or stacking tables are comprised of teak tops with a ‘lip’ on either side atop enameled metal bases. The construction of the bases is exact to those constructed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. The use of caps, stabilizers and spacers in the exact ‘x’ base formation is identical to the Jacobsen bases. The cap is square, not circular and these tables are believed to be early and uncommon examples. Each surface is: 15″ D x 15.75″ L. The height with the tables stacked on top of each other is: 22″.

Pair of Mahogany and Brass Connoisseur Collection Nightstands by Paul McCobb
$4,200.00Elegant two-tier, single-drawer side tables/nightstands designed by Paul Mccobb for his the “Connoisseur Collection” manufactured by H Sacks and Sons (ca. 1953, Brookline, MA, USA).
Composed of a red mahogany frame with inset “hidden” drawer with brass pull tucked below the surface. Lower, glass tier is framed by brass stretchers which delicately brace the long, tapered legs.
Additionally, the sides are deeply sculpted/partially recessed resembling a half-bowtie, revealing the drawer within and adding a nice detail to an otherwise simple form.
Relatively large size offering ample storage options between the shallow drawer and lower surface.
Sleek, minimal pieces designed with unique and unexpected features indicative of an ingenious design highlighting the marriage of form and function.
Excellent, restored condition (wood has been refinished and brass has been polished). Only minimal wear remains.
Signed with applied brass manufacturer’s label to the drawer of each example: “Connoisseur Collection designed by Paul McCobb H Sacks & Sons Brookline Mass.”
