Danish Modern teak and stainless steel cocktail pick set featuring six pieces and a holder: two cats (one with a tail, one without by design) and two fish, all with blue and red jeweled eyes, and two teak-handled picks.
A couple of the cats’ leather ears are worn from age/use. Otherwise, the set is in very good, vintage condition.
Retains the “Made in Denmark” label to the reverse.

Early Jens Quistgaard for Dansk Flamestone Coffee / Tea Set

Denmark ‘Flamestone’ coffee or tea pot, creamer, and sugar by Jens H. Quistgaard for Dansk designs, circa 1958-1964.
Features the Flamestone signature slate, almost brown glazed-earthenware with striated pattern and white with a tinge of green porcelain interior. Elegant, attractive set with sculpted handles and spout.
Early, Danish production, as indicated by the markings and rough exterior (a smooth version was introduced in 1964).
The pitcher has a small stress line to the interior (likely occurring post-kiln during the drying process). It does not effect the integrity of the piece and is only visible from the interior.
There is also a tiny fleck to the rim of the teapot lid. Very minor and barely visible.

Circa 1960s Jens Quistgaard for Dansk Designs Denmark cheese cutting board with integrated knife in staved teak. An ingeniously designed piece, epitomizing form and function: the slot within the board itself houses the knife to both present a modernist paddle-shape and prevent loss. A useful, compact innovation that takes up very little space:
(L: 11.5″ x D: 6.75″ x H: 1″).
Good, vintage condition, showing knife impressions to both sides of the board, along with scuffs to the knife blade. Expected wear, given its use / age.

Intriguing enamel on copper plate by Annemarie Davidson (Sierre Madre, CA), a recognized enamelist of the 1950s, whose professors and collaborators included Doris Hall, Curtis Tann, and Blaine Rath.

Green Lotus Enamel ‘Scampi’ Dish by Arne Clausen for Cathrineholm

1960s Norwegian Enamel ‘Scampi’ Plate / Small Serving Platter by Cathrineholm in green.
Though Grete Prytz Kittelsen was responsible for form and color design, Arne Clausen is attributed as having designed the ‘lotus’ pattern for Cathrineholm.
The dish is in good, vintage condition. Interior shows light scratches, particularly around the base, few spots of discoloration / general wear to one area at the top of the white lotus pattern, and underside shows very minimal wear.
