Eight of the ten plates retain the “Langva Denmark” manufacturer foil labels.

Set of Three Deco Aluminum ‘Stratford’ Compotes by Lurelle Guild for Kensington
$1,500.00Nice set of three Art Deco aluminum compotes from the ‘Stratford’ series (Model 7411), conceived and designed by Lurelle Guild for Kensington in 1934. Only in production until the end of WWII. Aluminum foot and top are separated by a glass ‘orb’ decoration. Light scratches to aluminum, but in fine, vintage condition for the age. Bears ‘Kensington’ stag and brand to the underside.

Set of Three Green ‘Lotus’ Enamel Plates by Arne Clausen for Cathrineholm
$350.00Set of three green enamel chargers / plates / platters by Cathrineholm or Norway.
Two are larger chargers, measuring-Diameter: 12.25″ x H: 1.25″.
The third plate is slightly smaller, measuring-Diameter: 10.25″ x H: .5″
Though Grete Prytz Kittelsen was responsible for form and color design, Arne Clausen is attributed as having designed the ‘lotus’ pattern for Cathrineholm.
All three plates are in very good, vintage condition. There is only minor wear to the lotus pattern, which shows a couple spots of wear, as pictured.

Painted in De Simone’s signature vibrant colors of yellow, red, orange, and blue (both dark and light).
Excellent, vintage condition with a smattering of white spots in the red center of one of the bowls (likely a result from the kiln-firing, as these are not losses).
Signed De Simone Italy with the model number ‘6415’.

Set of Three Mid-Century American Modern Aluminum Crown Ashtrays by Parkitsafe
$95.00Set of three vintage crown-form anodized aluminum ashtrays by Parkitsafe in red, gold, and mint green (ca. 1950s, USA).
Originally marketed as ‘safe’ ashtrays (hence the Parkitsafe name), as cigarettes tuck snugly in between the arches, and butts can’t fall or roll off.
Can additionally be used as votive holders, coasters, etc.
Very good, vintage condition with minor scratches, as shown.
Branded “Parkitsafe” to the reverse of all three ashtrays.

Set of Three Nick Munro English Matte Powder Blue and Glossy White Plates – Two Sizes

All three plates are completely flat lacking the concave curve of most dinner plates, making the two larger 10″ plates ideal for dessert/cake serving use (cakes would have to be 9″ max).

$495.00Jens Quistgaard for Dansk teak carving boards with checkerboard cutting surfaces (Denmark, circa 1965).
Includes three boards in total: one large round board, one smaller board, and one round, asymmetrical board, which is elevated to one side. All boards have a recessed cavity for bread / crackers.
Nice collection of these early examples in good, vintage condition with knife impressions, as shown.
All are branded “Dansk Designs Denmark IHQ.”

In the style of Christofle, but unsigned. There is an illegible hallmark to a few of the rests, but the branding is too small to decipher.
Unpolished condition, light wear/tarnish remains, as shown.
Two of the rods are slightly askew and don’t sit completely flat, as shown.

Set of Two Mid-Century Reed and Barton “Color Clad” Green and Ruby Red Silver-Plated Bowls
$275.00A set of two ‘color-glazed’ silver-plated bowls designed by metal smith, John Prip and introduced by Reed and Barton as the “Color-Clad” line in 1961. Reed and Barton offered color glazes resembling enamel in a range of jewel tones. The ruby red round dish is one of the earliest colors offered, while the green triangular dish is a later color addition.
Very fine, polished condition; only light tarnish/wear remains, including light scuffs.
The green triangular bowl retains the Reed & Barton manufacturer’s tag and is marked Reed & Barton 261. Measures H: 4″ x D: 9.13″ x L: 9″
The ruby round bowl retains the Reed & Barton manufacturer’s tag and branding. Measures H: 4″ x Diameter: 8.13″
