Elegant vintage ceramic footed bowl from the Seta (silk) line designed by Aldo Londi for Bitossi (ca. 1960s, Italy).
Composed of teal, sky blue, and white color blocks divided by and gilt bands.
The hand-executed sgraffito patterns throughout evoke raw silk, which is enhanced by the real gold detailing (hence “Seta”).
Very good, vintage condition with light wear consistent with age/use, as shown (namely, a spot to the exterior along with natural patina).
Signed on the reverse with the model number followed by “Italy.”
