Vintage Bird in Flight Sculpture on Onyx Stone by Curtis Jere
This vintage Curtis Jere sculpture is comprised of a brass seagull atop a carved onyx stone. The bird itself is inserted into a hole in the stone and can be rotated. The onyx stone base boasts rich variation of texture and color, and the brass has a nice patina. The wing of the seagull is signed C. Jere ’81, and the Artisan House label is intact on the underside.
Great vintage condition with only minor wear (light scratches and patina from age) to the brass.
